If you’re investing in therapy, you want to feel that you can trust and get along with the counsellor. If you’re ready to start, book a session and I look forward to meeting you very soon. If you’d like to speak on the phone, I offer a free 15-minute phone call to see if we’re a good fit, to look at what is bringing you to therapy and discuss what I offer.
Flexible Session Options
Appointments are completely flexible to suit your needs. While most people choose to attend once a week, you can space your appointments further apart to fit your schedule. If you prefer a longer session without feeling rushed, back-to-back double sessions are also available (100 minutes at £140). Whatever works best for you.

- CBT Therapy – Practical tools to break negative loops and thought patterns.
- Depression Counselling – Support for low mood, fatigue and low self-esteem.
- Sports Counselling – Mental health support for sporty people, focusing on your overall well-being rather than gym metrics.

If that's the price, how many counselling sessions do I need?
For some people a handful of sessions might be enough. For others it might take longer to explore concerns and reach a place of happiness or contentment. The length of our work will depend on how long you are finding it helpful. You are not tied to a certain number of appointments and you are free to draw things to a close whenever you like.

Ready To Work Together?
While voluntary or statutory services are invaluable, they often come with long waiting lists and less control over who you see. Working with me privately means you can start straight away with an experienced, BACP-registered therapist.
Appointments are held at my therapy room at Grosvenor House, Basing View, RG21 4HG (see my Basingstoke travel and parking info if you are commuting in from surrounding areas).
