Welcome to Find Clarity Counselling. I have a private practice based in Stockport and Wilmslow. I also offer home visits for those who are unable to travel to either of my premises. As a practical, integrative, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and change long-standing behavioral patterns. With great sensitivity and understanding I aim to help my clients to find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.

I offer a bespoke counselling service, face to face in a secure, safe, discreet and welcoming environment. My service is tailormade to meet the individuals needs. I am an integrative counsellor which enables me to offer a variety of therapeutic approaches and methods to meet my clients requirements.

Counselling can feel like you are trying to solve a puzzle. The challenge is that you have no idea how or where the pieces fit, whether they are all from the same puzzle or even if pieces are missing! With successful counselling, you can begin to see the bigger picture.

 

 

The benefits of finding time for self-care are numerous. It's healthy to indulge in some form of self-care from time to time. Self-care can be defined as the refreshment of body or/and mind. Practising self-care is where growth can begin.

 

 

In therapy may be the only time you can talk about yourself without fear of judgement. It is about feeling safe and giving yourself the time and consideration to think through and explore all the facets of your life that you have left unattended. This may be for a multitude of reasons, be it a trauma, time constraints, neglect of self or bewilderment of 'How do I start'?
